We did not like the 2 cardboard cups in the bathroom, which were not replaced after our first night, despite lipstick left on one of them. Also, I hung up my large towel but my husband wanted a fresh one so left his in the bath. We got NO fresh towels, all were hung up on pegs around the bathroom to dry! A bad mark for your staff.
